Interpretable Parking Ticket Location Classifier

Description: Built a SparkML RandomForest classifier to predict the police-precinct of ticketed vehicles using the NYC parking-ticket dataset. Used PySpark for parallel computation. Achieved 98% accuracy, and identified police precincts with anomalous ticketing practices.
